Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Envelopee (the "Service"). By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Who can use the Service
You must be able to form a legally binding contract under applicable law. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
2. Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
3. Your content
You retain ownership of any content you upload, publish, or share through the Service ("User Content"). You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, and distribute your User Content solely to operate, maintain, and improve the Service and to provide the features you enable (for example, publishing an event page and sharing it with invited guests).
You are solely responsible for your User Content and for ensuring you have all necessary rights, permissions, and licenses to use it.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service. This includes (but is not limited to):
- Uploading or sharing illegal, harmful, or infringing content
- Violating privacy or intellectual property rights
- Attempting to access systems or accounts without authorization
- Interfering with the Service (including excessive automated requests)
- Distributing malware, spam, or abusive communications
5. Music library and third-party content
The Service may provide access to a music library labeled as public-domain or otherwise permitted for use. If you have any concerns about a track, contact support. We may remove or replace tracks at any time.
6. Payments (if applicable)
If the Service offers paid features, you agree to pay the applicable fees and taxes. Payment processing may be handled by third-party providers. Unless required by law, fees are non-refundable.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Service and other users. You may stop using the Service at any time.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date will reflect the latest version. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
11. Contact
